Broker Resource utilizes a process that starts with analysis
of the business problem. The resulting information is then reduced to a comprehensive plan for
system implementation. (The flow diagram below depicts the phases that are typically performed.)

Each phase is dependent upon the preceding phase, but is independent of succeeding phases.
Therefore, a project may be revised, paused or terminated at several points in the process.
Each phase produces cost and time estimates for the next phase. For a specific project, unnecessary
phases would be skipped. |
